Advise on legal responsibilities and obligations of employers and workers under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
Develop, participate in, or contribute to a Construction Phase Plan.
Manage subcontractors and ensure effective coordination of multiple site activities.
Promote a positive health and safety culture and influence safe behaviors in the workplace.
Conduct risk assessments and design safe systems of work, including emergency procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Take part in incident investigations and analysis to improve future prevention measures.

Assessment and Certification

Assessment:

Open Book Examination (CN1):

Conducted online via the NEBOSH Exam Portal.
Duration: 48 hours from the release of the examination scenario.
The learner must complete a series of tasks based on a realistic construction site situation.

Closing Interview:

An individual online interview designed to verify the authenticity of the submitted work and confirm the learner’s understanding of the subject matter.

Certification:

Award of the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) qualification.
Official recognition by the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) for eligibility to obtain the UK Construction Safety Competence Card.
